We do have a reasonable return and refund policy. Since this product is purely custom designed, return of goods is not permissible unless there is manufacturing defect.
If there is any manufacturing defect found, the same may be brought to our notice within 7 days from the receipt of merchandise at your end. If the defect is agreed by us in writing then there will be a free replacement (or) if the particulat product is out of stock then the refund will be made by us vide. cheque in your name within 48 hours from we agreeing upon the defect.
In all other cases no-refund will be entertained. Since we are selling custom made product. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or replaced and refund made.
